Shut Up! Little Richard is 75!
Woooooooooooooooo!!!!
Most of you know of my aff-FECK-shun for Little Richard. Fresh off of a half-time performance on Thanksgiving night at the USC-ASU game, The Originator is 75 years young today. So…..I wanted to make sure that the day was appropriately observed.
Here’s to an icon. The Architect of Rock & Roll. An indelible influence on 20th and 21st Century music. A lovely soul.
Happy Birthday, Richard Wayne Penniman!

I honor and praise Little Richard for being himself. He is what he is and he puts it out as such. I love his song ( Directly to Your Heart) and it inspired me to write and record a song ( No Mistake Falling In Love With YOu). Happy birthday Richard and I wish you many, many more. My young daughter Lillie Ann loved your music. You are the best and the most.
