Happy Dad’s Day

Today, we honor the Dads and Grand-Dads, alive and gone, who are/were those loving, solid rocks who we adored as children, sparred with as teenagers and honored as adults.  If yours is still here, hug his neck tightly today.

    My dad died in 1985, but for some reason I am really missing him a lot today.

    I found this clip of Harry Belafonte singing a beautiful folk song from a man to his little daughter, which i remember hearing often as a child. It captures my mood tonight, as I remembered my dear old dad:
